Description

Back in the day, I wanted to mount two Anderson Powerpoles into a sea-bird-like case from Xiegu. I didn't want to spend $27usd on one of these when a few minutes of designing would lead to a $0.75usd 3D print.

Drill a hole just slightly under 1.25" and boom-sauce. Photos included of how to assemble this, but please remember not to insert the contacts until AFTER you mount this wherever you plan on mounting it.

PLA is fine if you don't plan on leaving it in the heat. PETG will survive in a car a little better.

Comments said the Anderson PPs were too loose in the body so I updated the size on 3-15-2025. My old printer printed things a bit fat so I had to compensate for that. Now I have a Bambu A1, and it prints exactly what I design.
