Description
Hello!
I wanted a way to connect my filament dryer to the nextruder, using a bowden tube.
The M5 to M10 adapter by timeshock6 would've worked just fine, but I also wanted to secure the bowden tube to the frame of the printer, to minimize the risk of it getting caught somewhere.
So I found vintrios' model, and modified it to accept a pass-through fitting.
Files include M10 and M11 versions, and a test fit.
M10 is nice n' tight, but you'll want to have a wrench / pliers to make sure it's in. (I had to press on the back with my thumb, while turning it with a wrench)
M11 is much easier to install by hand, but make sure it's in enough to not wiggle loose. (It should be possible to bottom it out, and let friction secure it ^-^)
When installing, make sure to leave enough slack so the nextruder can move freely. (Set X to the far right, and Z to 0. Then install the tube, and give it an inch or two of slack.)
