AA / 14500 Battery Dummy Eliminator Power Supply Adapter

This 3D print can be used to replace a AA or 14500 size battery in electronic devices.  In addition to the 3D printed parts, you'll need:

• M4 x 8mm flat head screw, washer & nut for the negative end
• M3 x 8mm socket head screw, washer & nut for the positive end
• Ring terminals
• Flexible silicone insulated stranded wire
• Soldering iron or terminal crimper

Depending on whether you're using this for 1.5V Alkaline AA batteries, or 4.2V 14500 size Lithium batteries, you'll need an appropriate power supply, and one of the following:

• Barrel jack power adapter
• USB-C socket connector

Some 5V power supplies I've used:

• 5V 10A Power Supply
• 5V 6A Power Supply
• 5V 2A Power Supply

I printed these on my Prusa MK3.9 using black PETG using the 0.20mm SPEED preset in PrusaSlicer.
