Volcano Hotend Fan Shroud

You need:

1. Volcano heatblock; I'd recommend this: https://www.trianglelab.net/products/volcano-brass-heater-block
2. Silicone sock for above, I'm pretty sure you get a free one from Trianglelab with the above block.
3. 50W Volcano heater. I needed to strip about half of the checkered cable sleeving on it to allow it to fit into the Nextruder's cable channel, YMMV. https://www.trianglelab.net/products/50w-heater-cartridge-1?VariantsId=10699
4. Volcano nozzle. You can get the good stuff, or a $2 nozzle-shaped object from Aliexpress. I used this: https://www.bondtech.se/product/bondtech-cht-bimetal-vol-coated-nozzle/

Assembly should be straightforward. The thermistor fits but is just barely noticeably loose. It's perfectly tight after torquing down the set screw, but I wanted to make sure the thermal contact is as good as possible so I dipped it in some thermal paste before assembly. This may or may not be necessary.

PC is probably your best bet for printing the fan shroud, followed by ASA. 

There might be a problem trying to fit the heater's connector under the loveboard cover. YMMV; if you find that you can't quite put the cover back on, use this:
