Loveboard cover with more cable clearance

This complements https://www.printables.com/model/859700 but I wasn't able to publish the two mods together due to the remix subjects' incompatible licenses.

If you're doing the Volcano hotend mod for the Nextruder, there's a good chance that the heater's cables won't fit under the factory loveboard cover. Patryk Dampc's cover almost solves the problem, but not quite. 

This version is a bit wider and has a bigger opening.

Print it from anything other than PLA. The files are oriented for printing; the bigger part needs supports for the upper screw bracket:
