Thank you for supporting me!

This is another free 3D model made available for you. I love sharing my models, but designing, testing, polishing, uploading and maintaining them is a lot of work. In case you enjoy this model, please leave a small Donation or Buy me a Coffee. Thank you!

Versions

This is a parametric headset stand in 3 versions:

  1. Plain stand featuring a low polygon design. Can be printed with any 3d printer.
  2. Multi color stand showing a small headset logo. The stand can be turned around to look like the plain version. This stand is ideally printed using a multi color setup (automatic like MMU, or manual). As an alternative, pieces can be printed individually and glued together.
  3. Multi color stand showing the Harry's LapTimer logo. The stand can be turned around to look like the plain version. Print with an automatic or manual multi color setup.

Customize for your headset (optional)

While the size of headsets will be pretty uniform, a custom stand matching the ear cups precisely is cool. To adjust the model to your headset, measure the lengths shown in the sketch (Photos section), load the f3d file using Fusion360 and adjust parameters accordingly. Export your custom STL files afterwards.

Printing instructions

See the files sections to find the orientation the STL files should be rotated to before printing. I used a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height - that's perfect. Infill can be quite low (10%). PETG preferred, but PLA will be fine too. No supports required.
