Replacement of dissolution vessel holders on Agilent 708-DS

The original vessel holders on Agilent 708-DS sometimes break. While it is possible to order original parts, it is costly and time-consuming to replace.

Hence the printable Replacement of dissolution vessel holders on Agilent 708-DS Dissolution Apparatus comes to the rescue!

It consists of two parts (p1 “pin” and p2 “flat”). First you insert the “pin” into the hole on the apparatus from bottom, then you assemble the holder by sliding the “flat” part into the “pin” part (see pictures, they are quite self-explanatory). 

I usually print it from PETG, 3 perimeters, 0.2 mm layer (0.4 mm nozzle). 

Set of 16 holders is just enough to replace all the original holders (8 vessels times 2 holders), but you rarely need to replace all of them at once.
