Quest 3 Kiwi Comfort Strap Audio Enhancer

An "ear flap" audio enhancer to help direct the sound from the speakers to your ears more effectively. It is designed to fit the Kiwi Comfort Strap for the Meta Quest 3.

I printed the enhancer itself in PLA at 50% grid infill, front-facing side down, with no supports. You may find greater long-term success with PETG (or possibly TPU) if you plan on adding and removing them often. The enhancer needs to bend slightly down the middle in order to clasp over the strap and its pivot point, so this may weaken over time.

I printed the pad in TPU at 100% infill. The pad is not necessary but I have found it reduces unwanted treble a bit. Roughening the surface of the pad helps a small amount with this as well.
