Description
This is a tool to wind the used straps in a tidy manner.
The strap is afterwards secured with a flexible cord.
There are two sizes. One for 30 mm straps and one for 50 mm straps:
You need 3 carriage bolts M6 X 60 and a M6 nut. Cut the heads of the carriage bolts of and grind a round tip to the unthreaded end. Assemble like in the pictures shown.
You need 3 carriage bolts M8 X 80 and a M8 nut. Cut the heads of the carriage bolts of and grind a round tip to the unthreaded end. Two of the bolts should remain 5 cm long and one should remain 3,5 cm long, above the thread. Assemble like in the pictures shown.
I used PA to print it.
The embedded threads are to tight on my printer as i didn't calibrate the material.
The building space was heated to 40 °C.
The fuzzy skin looks quite nice.
The red one is printed in PETG. It works also fine. The tolerances are spot on in PETG on my printer.
No support and no brims are needed.
Printed with 40% infill 6 perimeters and 6 bottom and top layers.
