Herman Miller Classic Aeron chair trim bushing (base to cylinder transition)

If you change the cylinder for the Aeron chair, trim bushing often gets mangled in the process. Additionally, newer cylinders for the chair (I used part# 1B08VM, from MingYi.office store at Amazon.com) look better with a bushing that is slightly modified.

To this end, there are two bushings here: the original and the modified version.

Printing considerations:

Most printable plastics can be used. What you see in the picture is Atomic Filament Gun Metal Gray ABS printed at 0.2 mm layer height in natural orientation with supports.
