Orange Pi 5 Pro Case

This design is an evolution of my previous cases for my OPi 5, starting with these features:

• raises the computer above the debris field on my desk
• makes the power, SD card and USB ports more accessible
• protects the SBC from damage by having some distance from the case to the board, which also provides additional surface area for ventilation, and by securing the HDMI and power cord separate from the board to protect the connectors

This design adds:

• the volume has been reduced by sloping the front and back, to reduce the space taken up on my desk
• the cover slides on sideways, so it doesn't have to be secured by screws even when lifting it up, and can easily be removed
• the fan support can be used with and without heat sinks

I designed this in the dev version of FreeCAD, and was not able to detail it exactly as I wanted, so this may be a work in progress. I could not figure out how to model the fan shroud, so that was modeled in Fusion 360, and so the license is non-commercial. Update July 15, 2024 - the latest dev version seems reasonably stable, so I have uploaded the model in case anyone wants to edit it. 

The cover is secured with (2) M3x8 screws into (2) heat set threaded inserts.

I found that without heat sinks the cpu temperature went up to 80 C, and after adding heat sinks it was 70 C.
