Description
These sealing plates are designed to be bolted around 3.2mm (0.125 inch) metal AWD plates and help cover up a lot of the gaps for better temperature retention in the enclosure. These are sized specifically for a 400mm V-Core 3.1 with Marv's AWD Metal Plates, and with those who used the metal decoupler housing from Funssor (aliexpress). Using the printed plastic decouplers or other deviations will result in needing to resize these plates (Step files included). Note that these are not compatible with other V-Core AWD mods as designed - there are subtle differences in dimensions, but the step files should be easily modifiable to fit your specific AWD version :)
On the 400mm V-Core 3.1, the middle magnet mount for the front door is very close to the bottom of the AWD mod. You will need to be careful about cutting the front door to not cut too far and have to move the magnet mount.
In my photos, I also cut probably higher and further in than I needed. So you could also probably get by with making smaller cut outs and resizing the plates to be smaller. Up to you, as designed they don't interfere with anything.
Make sure your belts do not rub on this when installed - I tried to get the tolerances on the belts very tight (within a few tenths of a millimeter) so they may need to be resized slightly depending on your exact belt height. Also make sure to resize the cut outs for the metal plates if you are using a thickness of plate other than 3.2mm.
