grow tent duct flange with light baffle insert

Hello, please make shure to print the duct port first and measure the inside diameter to scale it with your slicer settings!

Its made to fit 150mm hoses / 6 inch duct hoses and clamps

In the original drawing the insert has a clearance of 0.1mm to slide in, thats why i warn to first print the port and then scale the insert according to your personal printer extrusion rate and slicer settings because that can differ much from my settings.

I can slide it in and it stays, no need to glue but you better off give it 0.2-0,4mm and glue it if youre unshure, wont matter that much.

Print insert with a brim to get a mounting support between 2 flanges, i used a 2mm brim accidentally and got actually suprised that it has a use.

Printed with:

• 0.4 Nozzle
• Pla Plus
• 0,3-0,2 Layerheight as you wish
• Full walls
• No Support
• Filter out tiny gaps && dont fill spaces between, please verify in slicer for yourself
• Check your combing paths to prevent microstrings inside
