Description
Needed a mount for my enclosure to hold the AM2302 (DHT22) temperature and humidity sensor. Didn't see ones I liked that allowed for easy mounting to the 2020 extrusion frame, so I made one.
I have seen these boards from Keyes, DSD and others. The sizes are all the same from what I have experienced. As an example, here is the one I am using with my Octoprint set up with the enclosure plugin.
3 - M2 bolts for holding the front to the back and mounting the board in place.
3 - M2 nuts to go in the nut traps at the back.
I use M4 bolts and T-nuts for mounting this to the extrusion frame.
Nothing special for print instructions. It's not really obvious, but there is a triangle pointing at the ground pin so you know which way to plug your wires in since the housing covers up the markings on the board.
See photos for length of M2 bolts. You may need to trim them down to keep the bolts from interfering with whatever you are mounting to.
