ATX Power Supply Control Module for Eurorack

No schematics. Grab a couple of wood screws, an 20 pin extension and go to town.

Wire the toggle switch between PS_ON(green) and GND(Black)

Wire the LEDs (with appropriate resistors) to 5VSB(purple,330ohm), PWR_OK(white,330ohm), 5v(red,330ohm), and 12v(yellow,1kohm)

(common color code was specified, check the pinout before you fry anything)

I hooked the 5v standby rail to a 4 pin molex male, this is optional, there is a hole in the case for it. Use some sort of screw and washer in the provided post to keep everything from jiggling around.

The screws that hold the case together are #6 x half inch wood screws. In metric that would be something like 2.5mm by 10mm. It's not too critical.
