@work we use this tape for repair archive paper, because there is only 2cm width or bigger to order i made this holder with a blade in it to cut it a middle in two or in three.

I use a tree support,  with 1 layer minus of the top for a beter release.

Update

At request I added 2 more guides at the front, on a new base plate into which the tape holder fits. So that I don't have to reprint the entire tape holder.
