VW MK8 GTI MagSafe Cell Phone Holder

Was tired of my MK8 GTI carplay flaking out while driving.  This uses a magsafe charger off of amazon to hold the phone in either orientation above the car screen.  Phone uses bluetooth to talk to car radio, so all functions (music, siri, etc.) work as expected.  Charges off of the car.  Wire is routed under rubber dash between dash and hard plastic.  

Print the part, front flat face “down”, then put in this magsafe charger (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BXSNKF5V).  I used epoxy to hold it in the mount.  Wire is routed along the cable track, and a dab of epoxy holds it too, (I hosed up that part, that's why it's a bit ugly in one picture).  I then used some 3M double stick VHB tape (aka “trim tape”) on the bottom and on the “wing” of the mount, and wedged it into the dash.  Routed the wire best I could and plugged it into the USB-C slot.  Works great, phone fits in either orientation.
