XXXL Nuka-Cola Bottlecap (from Fallout)

I made two models, one for smaller printers with a diameter of 180mm and one for the big boys with a diameter of 250mm. You can try scaling the model if you need other sizes.
Both diameter models come in two flavours: Completely print-at-once for those who have a multicolour printer and each colour seperately for the single colour printers.

Print preparation:
Make sure that your print bed is clean and grease-free. An unsufficient bed adhesion is in most cases not a problem of the print profile but a cleanliness issue. If you want you can use glue on your print bed but for PLA this should not be necessary. If possible use a smooth plate with a bed temperature of 60-65°C.
For the print quality it is important that you use a good and calibrated filament. Know your k-factor and use the correct flow setting. Any quality brand filament will do the job.

Print settings:
The print settings are pretty much straight forward. Use your settings for 0.2mm layer height with three walls, 5 tops, 4 bottoms and 12% cubic infill. Support is not needed. If you are printing multi-colour a small prime tower will help to separate the colours.

Assembly:
This is only necessary if you print the single colour versions, then you have to glue the parts together. Simple superglue will do the job. The gap between the parts is 0.2mm so assembly should not be an issue if your filament is calibrated.
