Description
These just snap into the turn signal cutouts in the front bumpers of 1500 Midgets. They use a 2" round beehive style light. There are two versions: The one shown clamps the light into a bracket using a backer plate & (2) #6x1/4"(M3x8mm) flat head sheet metal screws. The other version utilizes the rubber grommet that comes with the lights to hold them in place.
For the lights, I just bought a (2) pack of NBWDY branded lights off the Jungle site for $15. To convert them to a 3 wire setup, I just use some 1N4004 diodes and a 150Ohm ¼ Watt resistor. I followed the wiring diagram that is included in the pictures.
Print these in either ABS or ASA.
