Description
If you need to create a mini basketball court with hoops check out these files. Important notes about printing:
The Court is the max size that will fit on a Prusa MK4. It is a two tone layer shift model. Print the base in a wood tone and switch to white to print the lines. The file is Half the court, so print it out twice for a full court. Gluing it together is not necessary however I hot glued some bicycle spokes into the slots on the underside to keep it together. There are many different ways to adhere them so feel free to experiment as you desire.
The Hoops are made up of four parts. The stand prints well upside down with a little support for the overhangs. There is a cavity in the base that I filled with ball bearings to give it some weight, I then glued the door over the cavity (pennies or rocks would work as well). This may not be entirely necessary as it seemed to stand up on its own, but this does give it some extra weight. The Backboard and Hoop are separate pieces and both are two toned. Print the backboard starting in White and switch to red for the lines on top. Start the Hoop with orange and switch to white for the net portion. These two elements can be simply glued to the base.
