All STL files are already oriented properly. 

The rack prints upright. 
The coasters print vertically (not flat). 
You can group the coasters parallel and very close to each other, so that the brim at the base encloses all 4 together.

Resolution: 0.3mm/layer or less 
Wall line count: 2 
Infill: 20% 
Build adhesion type: 4mm Brim for the coasters (none fot the rack) 
Supports: None
 

The white rack on the pictures was printed with some "fuzzy skin":
