Description
This is a drill and driver bit holder model for ¼" shank items to hang on a bott perfo pegboard.
Tolerance for the bit holes is 0.15mm across the “diameter” of the hexagon. Seems tight enough for the various types/materials/brands of bits that I am using.
See my other Bott Perfo pegboard models:
The model fits the pegboard without ‘wasting’ peg space - by this I mean that multiple can be printed and fitted to contiguous pegs. Or in other words, the horizontal space that the model occupies does not interfere with the next model if the next available peg is used.
I've printed on PLA with 4 perimeters and 15% infill because I wanted some strength to it, but in reality the bits are not too heavy and there's lots of peg fittings, so you can probably get away with spending less filament. I'm sure PETG would work as well if not better for this purpose.
The perforated board has square holes with a 9mm side, spaced 40mm apart (centre-line to centre-line of each hole) horizontally and vertically.
