Screw locking glue or liquid
Foam for protection is optional
To assemble, place the lid on the bottom, and insert a screw from the outside of the rear hinges. Place a washer and tighten the nut on each screw. Do not overtighten. Put some glue or locking liquid on the nut to keep it from backing out.
Cut foam to fit in the places you’d like foam. I only put foam in the lid to keep the Nano VNA from sliding around.
I designed this case for my Nano VNA, but I tried to leave room for other similar models to fit. The front of the box has connector storage. There are four slots for the 50 ohm, short, open, and passthrough connectors to keep them organized. There should be plenty of room for other types of connectors that you may carry with you. If you use thinner foam, you can probably fit a short charging cable, too. The foam I used was upcycled, so it was a bit on the thick and not squishy type.
