Description
Monopod for the SKOUT Epoch which utilises 4 holes under the rear stock.
I'm from Europe so threaded hole for the foot is M10x1,5
In this version foot is in the front, under the magazine so it suits both left and right hand shooters and eliminates possible canting
As with all 3D printed holes and threads, much is depended on your printer/filament settings and how good your printer is tuned.
I've designed this with tight tolerances for my printer but maybe some X/Y hole compensation will be needed on some other printer
Beside M10x1,5mm threaded rod additional 4 ¼"-20, 25mm (1") long screws will be needed
Whole setup is quite sturdy and stable
I've printed the foot out of TPU but other materials can be used.
For the monopod itself, I've used PLA but for durability outside I would recommend ABS, ASA or PETG for higher temperature resistance in the sun.
Print in upright orientation with support from build plate only
