Description
Stand with illumination for things like the Moon Lamp (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2531838), Júpiter lithophane (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2747956) or something of your own design.
I created this as a night light for my granddaughter. The stand includes an opening for a switch and a small hole for a photoresistor to "automatically" turn it off during daylight hours to save battery (should she forget to turn it off :-) ).
Once I got started I got a little carried away and designed a 9V and 3V (two AA) Battery design. I've also designed a circuit board and kit including all components to control the "Dark Detection". If you are interested in purchasing one, please let me know.
