LILYGO T3-S3 v1.2 Slimline Case with Button

This is a remix of krakers665's case.

Changes from jeepers01's case:

• USB C slot instead of micro USB, so it fits lilygo T3-S3

Changes from krakers665's case:

• Enlarge LED indicator holes
• Add a light barrier between LED indicators
• Use first layer as a cover for LED indicators (filament that is not completely opaque will work best, e.g. PETG)
• Add button for BOOT/Meshtastic user button
• Move supporting pillar to closer to OLED

Updates

• 2024-04-11: Added a chamfered version of the case and lid; for non-chamfered lid, print the lid from source
• 2024-04-12: Added versions with no MicroSD slot (since Meshtastic currently doesn't support it)
