Multiple Angles 40 mm PVC Pipe Connectors for DIY (Balls Pool, Greenhouse, etc.)

Multiple Angles 40mm PVC (and others) Pipe Connectors. I designed them to make a Balls Pool for my sons but you can use them for several projects (Greenhouse, dog's house, etc.).

You can easily adjust them to support different diameter PVC pipes by scaling them. If you need connectors for another pipe diameter or a different angle just drop me a message.

My main concern when designing these was to minimize weight (filament usage) while preserving their strength. I printed them with PETG, 35% gyroid infill, 4 walls, 4 top/bottom, and they are way more strong than any plastic pipe out there. I also drilled some holes and used some 6mm plastic car rivets to fasten them with the pipes. 

These connectors where designed for 40/33mm (OD/ID) PVC pipes but I noticed that PVC pipes' wall thickness varies, so you are strongly advised to print the "PVC 40 print test" model and test fitting - then scale model accordingly until you have a snug fit.
