Low Poly Ceiling Lamp Cover

There is a low form and bulky form. The bulky form provides more space for cables and clips. 

Each form exists with cable gap for an actual lamp to be installed, or without cable gap for covering an unused lamp site. 

All covers are clipped to a screw with head diameter ~8 mm (countersunk head, pan head).
