Description
This is a version of my RF Bias Tee Box, with the addition of a micro USB power input module that is commonly available from online retailers. I've used a charging module as it was easier to secure than a loose micro USB connector. You will need some soldering skills to remove the screw terminals from the RF Bias Tee PCB and link it to the micro USB module.
I printed with a layer height of 0.16. 15% infill, flat sides down with supports for the box and no supports for the lid, and a skirt for both. The RF Bias Tee PCB should snap in nicely, but if not, use a drop of hot glue or melt the pillars to stop the PCB moving. The micro USB PCB is deliberately a very snug fit and you will likely need to clean up the slot so you can push in the PCB.
