Description
This is the "generic" version of the holder where I've left the cutout for where the USB-C prong fits through the bottom to charge the ring. However since everyone's USB-C cables are different you'll need to customize the rest of the cutout to fit your cable. I have it attached using 3M mounting tape. I had a version with cutouts for magnets but it still moved around too much and it wouldn't stay still while plugging or unplugging the ring.
The design is long enough that the ring can rest in the holder without needing to charge it since I don't actually keep mine plugged in all the time and it keeps its charge for a while.
One other caveat is if you print it standing upright, the long column that touches the bottom black part of the button is fairly weak because of its print orientation. I added a modifier in my slicer to make that section 100% infill. As long as you don't press on it too hard it should hold up to normal use.
