Description
Control ball for Quickie R100 powerchair.
I printed it in PLA, 10% fill, .25mm layer height. Snug support seemed like a plan, plus that comes out looking like a tiny stadium, which is almost groovy in itself.
It may fit the chair a mite too snugly and may need a little sanding or filing.
IMPORTANT UPDATE, UPDATED: REALLY beef up your settings! My beefed up version broke. (took quite a long time though..) Its probably best to think "as strong as possible". I still think PLA may not be the right material for this gig.
