Description
I needed a stand for a drinks / beverage dispenser. So I designed one.The ones already designed needed to much filament or printet to long or did not fit.
And I wanted a design witch can be disassembled and stored in the box with the drinks dispenser.
Additional you need a square aluminium extrusion 15mm x 15mm x 1 mm
It can be bought in nearly every hardweare store.
Aluminium extrusion 15mm x 15 mm x 1 mm
3x 15x15x1 - 150mm
3x 15x15x1 - 60mm
If you cut the aluminium extrusion shorter or longer, the diameter can be adjusted to different diameters.
Stand parameters:
Printed in PETG white,
0,4 mm nozzle 0,2 mm layer hight
3x foot and 1x middle part:
Layer: 7 layer on bottom, top and perimeter !
Infill: 40% rectangular
coaster:
Layer: bottom and perimeter 3 layer, top 0 layer!
infill: 15% honeycomb
The coaster can hold about 90 ml of water.
The water has to be shaken out of the coaster.
shoe:
I printed the shoe in the same settings as the “foot” and “middle part”. But I think less would be also sufficient.
Stresstest:
I pushed the assembled stand on a scale. After applying about 350 N the stand started to bend slowly. This means it seams sufficient to the weight it is designed for.
When used with the glas, it bends less, as the shoulders of the foot are suported by the outer rim of the glas.
