Description
This is an improved Greenworks Gen2 40V charger mount for their line of yard tools (mower, leaf blower, etc) that mounts to the SKÅDIS pegboard with printed M2.5 T-Nuts from 6d6178. (See their collection of T-Nut mounted parts below.)
The result is a part that holds the charger firmly on the board. I've designed the part to be able to lie flat on the print bed without any supports (really) for a quick clean print.
V2 Info: It turns out that when charging some of the heavier batteries, the posts that the charger slides onto just aren't strong enough. So I've added a screw that holds the posts onto the body. I've also charged the shape of the body where the rubber feet of the charger meet for easier installation.
