Stern Spike 2 topper base

I wanted to make my own toppers, so I designed this base to mount onto spike 2 games. It mimics what the official toppers do. It has the same holes. It is set just as far back in the front, but extends past the back a little bit to have more room for stuff. 

2 caveats: 
1. the through hole for wiring is a bit off. It will still work, but if you've got a fat connector you may need to feed it through before securing topper (same is true for stern games actually) 
2. the mounting holes are too large. you'll need to use washers. 

Those issues were not enough to warrant redesign (i wanted to share a file that i actually had made, to feel more sure about it) 

I used sendcutsend to have these cut in acrylic. it is a bit flemsy, perhaps metal is better.
