Mounting Arm with GoPro like reciever for F150 Cupholder

Having recently purchased a new vehicle the first thing I needed to do was find things to print for it!

I came across this very interesting item, https://www.printables.com/model/350210-2021-f150-cupholder-adapter and immediately recognized any number of benefits it could provide. 

As I was not able to locate the arm used in the reference pictures for the insert I decided to design my own.

The GoPro like mount will utilize a 5mmx30mm Hex Head screw or a 5mm nut to help secure devices to the arm. 

This is a release candidate version and as I modify or add to the arm I will update this item here. 

Be sure to read the notes on https://www.printables.com/model/350210-2021-f150-cupholder-adapter which requires 2x4mm inserts and I used 4mmx20mm Philips/Cross head screws to secure the arm.

Print the arm with the “top” on the printer bed using supports for overhangs. Organic supports work well.

This was printed on a Bambu P1S at 0.12 layer height.

Be SURE to use ABS, ASA, or another filament that can survive the temperatures inside a vehicle.
