Description
My mower's previous owner's dog chewed the height adjust knob so I wanted to make a replacement.
It needs a bit of curve to it but I designed it flat so a little heat and a hammer help it go on. The tang it goes on is cupped and has a bend but with the front (side with slots) I was able to get a PLA prototype on and the final ASA version shown in the photo went right on. The PLA prototype had to be destroyed to remove so I think it attaches quite so well you probably can't remove without total destruction.
I printed in ASA upright, no supports but a 3mm brim for stability.
