Description
For Shimano disc brakes with BL-M315 brake levers. Last year I used these ones from SteveJohnsen, but I found that they make noise when they are worn out, so replacement is needed often to keep the levers silent.
I think the solution is to make the spacers wider than the levers, so that even when the spacers are partially worn out, the metal parts still don't touch each other and don't make this annoying sound.
There are different thickness: 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0 mm. You need to put one under the lever and one above it. The thickness depends on the amount of wear of your levers. For example, my right lever needed 2 x 0.8mm spacers and the left lever needed 0.8 and 0.6 mm spacers. Print several ones to find out what spacers work better with your levers. There is a FreeCAD source if you need to make further modifications, but the ones that I attached work well for me.
