Amaturenbrett Saugnapf Basis Unterlage / Platte für Navigationsystem. Dashboard suction mounting base.

1. Gedruckte Basisplatte (dieses Modell).
2. Senkkopfschraube M4 (optional).
3. Runde (schwarze) Plexiglasscheibe 70x3mm (kaufen).
4. Rundes doppelseitiges Klebepad 60-74mm (evtl. 2 mal).

Man kann die Basisplatte auf das Amaturenbrett schrauben und / oder verkleben. Ich habe beides gemacht. Genutzt beim VW UP! ohne Maps & More Navivorbereitung. Funktioniert evtl.auch bei anderen Fahrzeugen.
Unter dem Amaturenbrett muss genügend Platz für die Schraube sein. Siehe Bild.

Einbaureihenfolge:

1. Saugnapfbasisplatte drucken.
2. 2.5-3mm Zentralloch bohren (optional).
3. Loch mit Senker senken, sodass die Schraube bündig passt. (optional).
4. Basiplatte unten mit Spiritus reinigen.
5. Doppelseitiges Klebepad unten mittig auf die Basisplatte aufkleben (optional).
6. Klebestelle auf dem Amaturembrett mit Spiritus reinigen.
7. Basiplatte auf Amaturenbrett aufkleben.
8. Optional mit M4 Schraube befestigen.
9. Gekaufte Plexiglascheibe mit Klebepad oder (wenig) Superkleber in Basisplatte einkleben.

Achtung: Nach dem Einkleben der Plexigasscheibe (9.) ist die Schraube verdeckt und damit der gesamte Halter nicht mehr zerstörungsfrei vom Amaturenbrett zu lösen. Daher sorgfältig arbeiten!

Da die gedruckte Basiplatte nie so glatt wird, dass ein Saugnapf dauerhaft hält, habe ich die runde schwarze 70x3mm Pexiglasscheibe eingeklebt, entweder mit einem Klebepad oder Superkleber. Die Plexiglasscheibe sowie das doppelseitige Klebepad kann bei verschiedenen Händlern (z.B. ebay) im Internet bestellt werden. 

Die Markierung für eine zentrale Befestigungsschraube (optional) kann genutzt werden, um die Platte auf dem Amaturenbrett z.B. mit einer M4 Senkkopfschraube festzuschrauben. Ich habe dazu das Bohrloch passend gesenkt, um die Schraube bündig mit der Platte abzuschließen.

Bitte sehr genau prüfen wo hinein geschraubt wird, damit nicht womöglich ein Airbag, das Radio o.ä. angebort wird! Einbau natürlich auf eigene Gefahr.

You can screw and/or glue the base plate onto the dashboard. I've done both. Used on the VW UP! without Maps & More navigation preparation. May also work on other vehicles.
There must be enough space for the screw under the dashboard. See image.

Installation order:

1. Print suction cup base plate.
2. Drill 2.5-3mm central hole (optional).
3. Counterbore the hole so the screw fits flush. (optional).
4. Clean the bottom of the base plate with rubbing alcohol.
5. Stick the double-sided adhesive pad at the bottom center of the base plate.
6. Clean the adhesive area on the dashboard with spirit.
7. Stick the base plate on the dashboard (optional).
8. Optionally fasten with M4 screw. 
9. Glue the Plexiglas pane into the base plate using double-sided adhesive pad or (less) super glue.

Attention: After gluing in the acryl disk (9.), the screw is covered and the entire holder can no longer be removed from the dashboard without being destroyed. Therefore, work carefully!

Since the printed base plate never becomes smooth enough for a suction cup to hold permanently, I glued in the round black 70x3mm acyl disk either with an adhesive pad or super glue. The plexiglass pane and the double-sided adhesive pad can be ordered online from various sellers (e.g. eBay).

The marker for the central fastenig screw (optional) can be used to mount the plate onto the dashboard, for example with an M4 countersunk screw. To do this, I countersunk the drill hole to fit the screw flush with the plate.

Please check very carefully where the screws are being screwed in to avoid the possibility of an airbag, radio or similar being taped! Of course, install at your own risk.
