Essential Bullet Journal Stencil

June 1, 2024
Description
Checkbox
For checklists and task-lists.
- Draw a line through it to indicate you've moved an item to another list.
- Draw an X in it to indicate you've canceled it.
- A Checkmark indicates that it is complete.
Schedule
A specific to-do item to indicate that you need to schedule something in your calendar. Check it off when it makes it on the calendar. Alternatively, you can use it to symbolize meetings for the day.
Idea
Capture those design ideas before you can get them into CAD. Be sure to use waterproof paper and this stencil for sudden shower thoughts.
Contact
A handy icon to quickly find contact details from that meeting last month in your journal.
Conversation
Keep notes of every phone call, meeting, appointment, interview, etc. Draw a vertical line from the left side to indicate the lines that are applicable.
Place
Keep notes about a place or capture the “where” of meetings, travel, lunch prospects, etc. I find it helpful for keeping notes about inspections, investigations, or tours. Again, draw a vertical line from the bottom to show how many lines of text are relevant.
