Cup Holder Clamp 3 (NO SUPPORTS)

This is the latest version of the desk clamp cup holder. Previous versions below. This one DOES NOT require any supports of any kind. You can clamp it to your desk, and slide/rotate the cup holder onto the clamp. This newer design allows for a much stronger clamp due to the new orientation of the layer lines. There are a few test pieces for those who desire to print them before actually printing the entire thing for filament savings to check your fit. The tolerances are quite generous from .2mm .35mm. The pieces are all oriented correctly already. Max desk thickness is 30mm. 

Printing Tips:

The clamp piece should be printed sideways for a much stronger clamp in regard to layer line direction and is recommended to print at 2mm layer height or smaller for the screw hole overhang. Ensure adequate cooling for the screw hole. I don't recommend using and supports in that screw hole since it could obstruct the smoothness of the screw operation.  

I recommend using at least 3 walls/shells/perimeters for the clamp, and at least 35% infill. For the cup, recommend at 3 walls, and 15-20% infill should work fine.
