TRFA01 Fuel Transfer Pump Replacement Battery Door

If you are like me you instantly lost the battery door to your race jug fuel transfer pump.    I suffered with tape and velcro long enough and whipped up a replacement.  These pumps aren't cheap these days ($75)  The door is not available as a spare part!

This replacement door works better than the original.  I recommend to snip the two side ears off the pump that are in the middle.  It will be obvious when you get to that step.  The protrusion on the print seals and snaps in place nicely.  

I recommend to print vertically with the skinny end flat face down and open up.  You are doing it right if you can read MACSBOOST from the side.  Print with a skirt and support.  The only support material will be on the external outside of the door to keep the sliding bits nice clean and strong.  Use PETG or PCTG to make it fuel resistant.
