Volantex Phoenix & Ranger 2400 FPV canopy - DJI O3

FPV canopy for Volantex Ranger 2400 and Volantex Phoenix 2400. With 9g servo mount and designed to house DJI O3 air unit. It will also work with any other VTX since you can use zipties to mount VTX in place.

This is a rough first version, MK1. I will refine it while i use it and will keep this updated.

Weight is ~20g. Original foam canopy is 8g. I think if i optimize internal ribs and print it with LWPLA you can expect ~12g or so.

Print settings

• Print in vertical orientation standing on canopy cutline
• No supports needed
• 1 bottom 2 top layers
• 1 wall
• 0% infill
• Tune slicing gap closing radius so internal ribs are not erased
• Use CA glue to glue both parts together
• I recommend setting PA/LA to 0 and bumping up flow rate a notch.
