GDMK Heltec v2/v3 Chunk 18650 (modular case project) Meshtastic inspired

A heltec case designed to be small but have a bit more of a useable battery tray.

Tried and tested as a daily driver and used by a few of the UK NW meshtastic community.

If you want a chunkier case to lug your node around this is the one for you. Designed to be printed easily and with nominal infill rather than 100%. The aim is to protect the 18650 from impacts. Further iterations will possibly happen if enough interest is shown in the comments. the case will not free stand as this design has been released prior to the rear stand being added.

This is an unfinished design that i have not had a chance to get back onto. Want to share a remix, just send me a message.

PCB mounting needs to be cut to allow gpio access. 

Battery: 2x 18650 vc7 (3400-3500mah each) 

Please be careful whilst using 18650 cells!

Printing the main body: laid on its back with supports. We have had glorious success in Cura on ender 3 pro Using pla+.
