Meshtastic RAK + Waveshare Solar enclosure adapters

Multiple options for mounting RAK WisBlock base boards with a Waveshare solar controller (D version).

RAK_19007+Waveshare_D_no_tabs - mounting holes spaced for 5mm grid that many enclosures come with preinstalled. Mount the stacking block, then RAK board, then Waveshare board.

RAK_19007+Waveshare_D - added tabs for zip tie mounting (Last pic shows my Noah's RAK, designed for 40 days and 40 nights of reserve battery power, zip tied stack directly to 10,000mAh battery)

RAK_19003+Waveshare_D - Bolts to 5mm grid, then install RAK 19003 and plug in connectors, then add the Waveshare on top. There's room for PH2 battery connector to clear Waveshare board. Alternate method: If you mount with USB-C on same side, you can use a small USB jumper cable to connect them. You lose ability to monitor voltage this way, but ensure a cleaner shutdown and reboot if your battery dies and gets charged back up later.

Update 5-17-2024: Added RAK_19003+waveshare_D_no_tabs - extended clearance for RAK 16000. This has taller standoffs to clear the RAK 16000 current monitor when installed.
