Description
The original part was scanned with ScanForm L5 and a 3D model was made from the resulting scan and improved for 3D printing.
I printed from AbsGf15. I recommend this material, it is strong and tough. If Pa6Gf30 is possible, I think it would also be an excellent option. I use nozzle 0.4mm, layer height 0.1mm.
Supports needed.
I used for each part 4 pieces M3 Brass heatstake inserts - M3x5x4
