Description
I was in a self-imposed time crunch to get the wifi working in my fitlet3 and was either unable to find my original bracket, or more likely I did not have a bracket as I ordered the fitlet3 with a different FACET that was in its place. Either way, made a simple bracket that uses the existing holes and screws for the FACET, holds the WiFi card in place in two axes, and fits inside the case (very important). Dimensions could be improved slightly for cleaner printing, but it works. There's a small cutout on the short leg for part of the fitlet3 case, check that it's clear. Battery should fit where it was originally.
Finished part in pictures was printed on:
Original Prusa MK4
Filament: Hatchbox PETG (might be warm inside the fitlet3 sometimes, hopefully not more than 150C)
Slicer: Prusa Slicer
Profile: default 0.2mm Structural, similar results with all defaults.
Supports: Yes, touching build plate
Infill: 20% seems alright
Orientation: The pin should be sticking up from the build plate.
