Description
These are protective bulb covers for Speedotron black line heads, specifically the older 10x models (102, 105, 106, etc.). The design is a little bit messy as I reverse engineered the mounting plate from a scan of a speedotron reflector, but it fits onto the mounting studs and twists into place nicely and the whole thing is surprisingly robust for such a thin plastic mounting plate.
I've printed these in both ASA and glass filled ABS, and both seem plenty sturdy. The 102 model fits shorter bulbs, while the 105 model is taller to accommodate the longer bulbs on the 105 head. They should print in their default orientation with no supports. The bridge on the inside of the top will be a little bit messy, but tucked way up inside the cap that's easy to ignore.
I recommend using the STEP files as they're both smaller and more accurate, but if your slicer doesn't support them I've included STLs. Feel free to modify with the included FreeCAD file.
