IKEA sink seal

The original seal deteriorated (see photo with the black part), so I designed a new one.

Assembly should be easy and self explanatory. The fit is very tightly over the black rubber main part. You have to stretch the printed part a bit.

For best results, please clean all parts before reassembly.

Printed in sainsmart TPU transparent red.

Print instructions:

• 30% honeycomb infill
• 3 perimeters
• 7 bottom, 9 top layer
• 0.1 mm layer height
• use flex material. I had good experience withe shore 98A, a bit softer could be also good
