16cm Carpet Nozzle for 35mm Vacuum fittings

Remix of the Vacuum Nozzle by @3d7r1x to 16cm intake width for much speedier work on large carpets and textile furniture.

Stabilizers added to prevent deformation of the nozzle from suction forces.

Printing Advice:

Bed Adhesion:

• Use a large rim to ensure good bed adhesion.

Material Recommendation:

• Ideally, print with transparent material to see the satisfying result of dirt and water being extracted in real-time.
• This transparency allows you to adjust the speed at which you drag the nozzle based on whether water is left in the nozzle or if it dries up.

Printing with Transparent PETG:

• For the clearest results, print very slowly, around 15 mm/s.
• Increase the flow rate slightly for some controlled over-extrusion. This helps fill the tiny gaps between the lines for an even clearer finish.

Important Note:

• Be mindful not to overdo the adjustments. We still need the 35 mm fitting to function correctly.
