Elegoo Neptune 4 Fix Upgrade for Hotend & Large Blower Cables

This Elegoo Neptune 4 upgrade makes sure that the cables are not too close to the lead screw and keeps them flat.

I designed different versions but the V3 is my personal favorite. I tested it on the Elegoo Neptune 4 Max.

Print it on the side like it is on the file. I didn't use any brim to avoid cleaning and with PEI bed it should stick well enough.
